Cycling to Thorsminde? Hiking, beach walks, picnics and bird watching? It's all just around the corner from your accommodation.
Fjand, and Bjerghuse as the road that runs throughout the area is called, offers its guests plenty of space and a quiet area. The area is very beautiful and is the closest you can get to the North Sea, but also has Husby Klitplantage right in the backyard. Just north of Fjand is Nissum Fjord, where there also are many nice paths you can explore the area with. Many of the holiday homes in Fjand are small and cozy, and a holiday home in Fjand is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
There are grocery shopping opportunities in Sdr. Nissum and in Thorsminde, and there is also a small farm shop and a gallery not far from the area. In Thorsminde you will also find Strandingsmuseet St. George which is definitely worth a visit. You can also try fishing from the pier, or visit the beach which in the summer has lifeguards so you can always swim safely.
